Rack Cantiléver

The Cantiléver system: perfect for storing materials with lengths greater than 3 meters, is practical and durable and very easy to assemble, its configuration allows to adapt to any height and characteristics of the product. Its structure is simple, it consists of columns and arms on which the load rests. Its operation can be manual, when the load is light by forklifts when the product so merits.

This rack is undoubtedly the ideal solution for those processes where the speed of the assortment is paramount. This system is composed of conventional rack complemented with bearing beds that can be, plastic wheel or metal roller and makes it a tool of first inputs, first outputs. This system consists of a corridor to make the product intake and another for refill thereof, having the facility of placing large quantity of products in a few linear meters.

This system is equipped with rails with metal rollers or plastic wheels that slide down a calculated slope that, when depositing the platform at the entrance of the rack, it advances towards the exit of the same at controlled speed by means of devices that are activated when making contact with said platform. Dynamic rack provides high storage density, reaching up to 40 bottom pallets and reasonable selectivity when having a reference by location.

The Drive In rack is the perfect tool for those stores that host homogeneous products with low rotation and great references. The Drive In system allows product classification and lotification; the forklift enters the rack to deposit the load on the back and goes stretching forward, which makes the effect called first inputs, last outputs. For efficient operation, the entire tunnel must be of the same product. The tunnel needs to be emptied to start with another batch.

Efficiency for the assortment, the mezzanine is a system for manual loads provided with corridors. This storage system generates an operating space of any warehouse, warehouse, distribution and production center since it doubles the area and is able to make the most of its height.

Perfect for sorting and storing small and light objects, even relatively heavy, the shelving consists of die-cut posts and racks that are joined by screws, providing a load capacity of up to 150 kg per level. The metal shelving is versatile and flexible, as it allows its modification in both height and length, and is also an economical system.

The picking is a selective rack for light to medium loads, it is handled manually. The picking is very versatile, as it is adaptable to any loading unit and access to the stored product practical, direct and immediately. This picking system is adapted to the needs of the customer and commercial sector; ideal for a wide variety of products, with a load capacity range of up to 600 kg per level. In a warehouse it is common to see a mixed configuration of picking with some other system that operates with pallets and forklifts, such as the selective one. The basic components are beams, beams and metal or wood panels.

The pushback is a system of last inputs, first outputs, which allows to have high density of storage with a good number of references, ideal for storage of products of medium rotation, which make it a practical and fast tool. It is composed of a mechanism of carriages interspersed with each other that move the load towards the rear of the rack pushed by the forklift, the carriages have a series of insurances that guarantee its correct deployment. A feature of the pushback rack is that it can operate with metal rollers, allowing storage up to 8 bottom pallets.

Selective Rack and Double Deep

The selective rack is a practical and conventional system, the best ally for those fences, warehouses or distribution centers that require handling great diversity of inventory, as it provides quick and easy access to any product. The selective system gives us the possibility to store a wide variety of goods, with high efficiency and selectivity in pallets, thanks to which they will always be available for handling. With the selective rack can be used counterbalanced forklift, reach or side attack. The factors to consider when making the decision are: the dimensions of the premises and forklifts. Its operation can be complemented with fall mesh, crossbars, panel or metal grill. Variants: Selective Rack Double Bottom this will give more storage capacity.

Wire Mesh Decking

Safety accessory par excellence because it prevents product falls due to mishandling or knocks on the rack. Made of electro welded wire, with reinforcements to give it greater support, they can be painted or galvanized. It’s easy and practical assembly, can be manufactured according to needs.
